Refund & Exchange Policy

At ES'SAINT Fragrance, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Due to the personal nature of our products and federal shipping regulations regarding flammable liquids, all sales are final.

 

1. Final Sale Policy

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or "scent preference."

  • Because fragrance is a personal care item, we cannot restock or resell bottles once they have left our facility to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

 

2. Damages and Issues

While we do not offer standard refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at essaintfragrance@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Note: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup!

  • Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

  • Resolution: If a replacement is approved, we will ship the new item via Ground Transportation at no additional cost to you.

 

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping or prepared for pickup. Once a tracking number has been generated or a "Ready for Pickup" email has been sent, the sale is considered final.

4. Shipping & HAZMAT Compliance

Please note that because perfumes are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids, they cannot be returned via standard mail by individuals without proper  hazardous materials certification and packaging. This is a primary reason why we are unable to accept physical returns.
