Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing ES'SAINT Fragrance. We take great care in hand-packaging your fragrances to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Because our perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and must follow specific safety guidelines for transport.

 

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup.

 

Note: During high-volume seasons (like the holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience!

 

2. Delivery Options

-Ground Transportation 3–5 Business Days

-Local Pickup Ready within 24 hours FREE

 

3. Shipping via Ground Transportation

Due to federal safety regulations, all perfume orders must be shipped via Ground Transportation.

  • Carrier: We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Restrictions: We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations due to air travel restrictions on flammable liquids.

 

4. Free Local Pickup

If you are in the Maryland area, you can skip the shipping wait and pick up your order for free!

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • Pickup Window: You will receive an email with pickup windows. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.

  • Notification: Wait for the "Ready for Pickup" email before heading over. This email will contain the pickup address and our current hours.

  • What to bring: Please have your order confirmation email.

 

5. Packaging & Safety

We use DOT-compliant "Limited Quantity" packaging to ensure your perfume is secure. Each bottle is sealed, cushioned with protective wrap, and placed in a sturdy outer box with the required safety markings.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Fragrance bottles are delicate. If your order arrives damaged or leaks during transit:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

  2. Contact us at essaintfragrance@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will prioritize a replacement or store credit for you.
